15 minute mindfulness meditation in aid of Mental Health Awareness Week 2020

In aid of Mental Health Awareness week and 'kindness' being the theme, I wanted to share a Mindfulness Meditation with you all which you can do in the comfort of your home. You can practise at any time and anywhere.

Meditation is an incredible tool to bring some calm and peace to the mind and body. If you're feeling stressed, anxious, tired or worried give it a go every morning or evening for a week. You only need 15 minutes.

Please share some kindness this week. Send a message to a loved one, chat to your neighbour or maybe donate some pennies to a local Mental Health Charity. Be kind 💓
