You are invited to celebrate the Spring Equinox, the mid-point between Winter and Summer.

This will be a beautiful and bright celebration on Sunday 23rd March to mark the changing of seasons, the return of light and a time of new beginnings and personal growth.

As we rise again out of the darkness of Winter, come and take some time out to reflect on what you have been nurturing and what you hope to grow in the lighter months ahead.

We will enjoy a gorgeous afternoon of tea, sweet treats, soothing breathwork, journalling, gentle movement, seasonal rituals, deep relaxation and rest to leave us feeling ready and excited for a Spring rebirth.
