We’ve learnt this year that life is unpredictable.

Nothing is permanent and everything can change in the blink of an eye. And aside from Covid, we still deal with everyday stressors from financial worries, chores, kids and work, which cloud our minds and diminish our power. When we face life’s obstacles, negative emotions usually arise such as fear, anxiety, anger and shame.

In order to live more mindfully and peacefully we must surrender and accept the present moment. We must accept what is to come (whether we know it or not) and embrace it. If we start to cultivate more acceptance into our lives, we’ll cope better with future crisis and accept things the way that they are.

If we accept instead of resisting, we may look at obstacles as an opportunity which lead us down a different path whether it be in a relationship, job or purpose. If we fight and resist the present moment, we will cause more turbulence in our minds and live from a place of fear.

In this workshop you will be guided through a Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra sequence to help you learn to surrender, find acceptance and live with inner peace.

Join me for a deeply relaxing evening in the comfort of your own home. Everyone welcome x
