Join me, Boshka and Lorna for a truly special workshop to awaken the heartbeat of the divine feminine through the magic of sound, movement, crystals and heart-led yin. It’s going to be a beautiful collaboration - I can’t wait!

What you will need:

• Comfortable, warm clothing (please bring extra layers as the studio can be cooler in the Winter months - perhaps an extra jumper & blanket)

• A journal and a pen

• A bottle of water

• Props if you don’t want to use those in the studio (the studio will be set up for your arrival):

Workshop Details

Join me, Lorna and Boshka at Ookushana Healing School for a beautifully nourishing afternoon to embody our divine, feminine energy. Perfect for those looking to birth something new into the world and connect more deeply with their sacral chakra and sacred womb space.

We will begin the workshop by softening into the space through a short meditative practise, intention setting and cleansing of the auric field. 

We will encourage ourselves to be truly present in our bodies, beginning to connect deeply with our heart and womb space, and the flow of feminine energy. 

As we sit in circle, softening and grounding to the present moment, we will enjoy a short tea ceremony welcoming one another to the space. We will begin to tune into our desires and explore manifestation through the art of journalling and oracle cards.

The second half of the workshop will be an opportunity to embody our inner goddess and awaken the heartbeat of the divine feminine, through kundalini breathwork, somatic tantra movement, heart-led yin poses and the beat of the drum. We will begin to shift our energetic state to a place of openness, desire, love and creativity.

We will end the workshop with a truly blissful gong bath infused by reiki and crystals.

Snacks, drinks and a takeaway crystal is included.
