Join me on Sunday 30th January for a deeply healing workshop to help rest and recharge the mind and body.
It will be an hour of pure relaxation to help calm the mind, balance the nervous system and release the Sunday night blues before bedtime.
The workshop will include:
✨ Calming breathing practice
We will begin the workshop grounding our body and focusing our awareness on our breath to help release any anxiety or tension we are feeling at the moment.
✨ Yoga Nidra
Once you have settled on your mat/bed, you will be guided through a meditation (also known as yogic sleep) to help bring the body into a state of deep rest.
✨ Savasana + Reiki
The workshop will close with a deeply relaxing savasana to help bring the mind, body and spirit into a state of equilibrium. I will be inviting energy to flow to the places it is most needed. Just relax, surrender and allow your body to fully receive.
You will leave the workshop feeling well rested and ready for a goodnight’s sleep 🌙
*A recording will also be available incase you’re unable to attend and/or would like to practise again in the week*

*Your bed or yoga mat
*Lots of warm, snuggly clothing
*Quilt or cosy blanket
*Anything to make your space super inviting
(candles, scents, layers etc)
Important Information

The workshop is live-streamed from my home. You can watch the session from your iPad, laptop or phone.
During the workshop you are welcome to turn your camera on or off, but I invite you to keep it on if you feel comfortable to practise as one community.
Please keep your volume turned off until the end of the workshop, when you can unmute and ask questions.
